Eligibility for Full Credit
You may return items for full credit (including the original purchase price and any sales tax paid) under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The item is returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be unused and in the exact condition you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards. The original packaging must also be intact and undamaged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please contact our Customer Service team at info@darkhorsefasteners.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must have an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item with its original packaging and include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship It Back: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided with the RMA number.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved and meets all eligibility criteria, your credit will be processed. Any purchase made with the credit will not receive free shipping.
